All claims for these products must be filed and processed according to the respective manufacturer’s procedures.

In some cases, additional information may be required after review.
-
A separate claim form must be filled out for each item you are requesting a claim for.
-
In order to receive a replacement track, you may be required to return the faulty track for further inspection. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and a Bill of Lading (BOL) for the return of the track.

In order to receive a replacement track, you may be required to return the faulty track for further inspection. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and a Bill of Lading (BOL) for the return of the track. Once the track has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. After inspection and approval, a credit will be issued for the determined amount, and the replacement track will then be sent out.
-
If you cannot wait and choose to order another set from Grizzly in the meantime, Grizzly will credit your account at that time once the warranty claim is approved.
Shipping Note:
Defective components may occasionally need to be returned to the manufacturer freight prepaid as requested under the terms of this warranty. The cost of freight for all warranty parts shipped from Grizzly Rubber Tracks is the responsibility of the purchaser.
